Manifesto

So after a total of nearly 15 years working within the Recruitment, funding and Contractor payroll world I like to think I have seen many do’s and a few don’ts along the way. I originally chose the recruitment industry because I liked to talk and communicate, however it came to light shortly after starting what I actually enjoyed is helping others, feeling that I can make a difference and help people make the right career choices and ensure that if they truly wanted to work that I would find something to suit them and support them put food on their tables. After a number of years doing recruitment I wanted to do something different but still linked to the recruitment as I wasn’t leaving because I didn’t enjoy my role, because I loved recruitment but I just wanted to challenge myself further. I had seen gaps in service delivery when It came to contractor payroll and it was a field I didn’t know much about however I set out to make a change so I did a year in agency funding before finding my true path in Contractor payroll where I felt I could still do what I loved – care and help others.

As anyone who works in the industry knows it is a mind field of legislation and rules which unfortunately not every company out there comply with which I found out the hard way.

Payroll doesn’t have to be a headache, I am here to remove the frustration and be your legislative guide to ensure we work together doing everything effectively and compliantly.

As a result of this I am making it my mission to run GingerTreePayroll Limited with heart. I want to listen to agency partners when they come to me with suggestions which would make their life easier and no additional hard work for myself.

I want to ensure contractors feel they are individuals and we are there for them, to talk, advise and most importantly make sure they understand their pay slips and the full service we can offer them.

I hate when contractors say and feel that they are paying to be paid, when it is so much more that that, they just have not been given the time to discuss and understand the offering that is available to them. I am here to change that!

Within GingerTree Payroll I intend for their to be no sales scripts (other than the bits we need to say to remain complaint) when I talk to new and existing clients you will get open, honest communication, someone who listens to your challenges and create ideas and solutions to make payroll an easier/ stress free process for you. Goal – 0 Pay queries on payday!

No Hidden fees – There will be no additional costs for contractors for things such as benefits package, advance payments. When we say NO Hidden costs – we mean it!!

Most importantly no broken promises – if we can deliver I will discuss the objectives, challenges and timescales before committing to anything. If there is something we discuss and I am not sure is achievable we can discuss the objectives and I will go away and explore possibilities and process changes and come back to you confirming either way. I will NOT say YES every time as I want to ensure that I can always meet clients expectations.

We have a bold, long-term vision to be an the first and best Ethical umbrella provider. We plan to give back to the community, be “Green” in everything we do and also support our agency partners offer an ethical solution to their end clients. We want to raise ethical standards across all sectors. We will achieve this by following our carefully thought out growth strategy, together with hard work with our agency partners to raise awareness, meet the opportunities and demands for the future.

We do not have shortcuts here at GingerTree payroll, simply a woman playing fair, working hard and doing right by her customer and clients.
